Mr. Chen joined Fidelities in 2020 and has worked in the asset management industry since 1998. Mr. Chen has held senior executive positions with leading firms in the retail, information technology and insurance sectors. Mr. Chen was responsible for advising leading local and international businesses in the areas of process re-engineering, market research, financial planning, strategy formulation and execution. Mr. Chen earned an MBA degree from MIT.

Irene Chung was appointed CFO at Fidelities in 2021. She has nearly 15 years of financial services experience, including as the Global Head of Client Strategic Investments and Global Head of Alternative Investments. Irene had completed a Master in Financial Mathematics at the Johns Hopkins University.

As Chief People Officer, Chris Tsai is responsible for human resources, internal communications, global impact and workplace facilities. In addition to overall workforce planning, executive talent strategies and talent management, Chris Tsai brings a particular focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and provides executive oversight and support to drive the firm’s DEI strategy and action plan.
